This button-press allows the radio-user to switch between clear (Off)
and coded (On) secure encrypted
transmissions. 
In Mobile radios, this button’s Long Keypress
Duration enters and shows the Secure feature screen in the radio's
display. This feature applies while operating in Conventional
or Trunking
communications mode.
